Maintenance
Routine maintenance is crucial for optimal performance. Regularly observe the machine's moving parts, including water, air, and electrical systems. In emergencies, stop immediately to check bearings and ensure timely lubrication of all points.
(1) Bearing and Lubrication: Ensure all lubrication points are well-lubricated for smooth operation.
(2) Water System Maintenance:
The washing section water circulates continuously, requiring daily changes to maintain pristine cleanliness.
Monthly cleaning of the water box and filtration device is essential. Use the observation hole on the washing section cover to monitor water spraying dynamics.
(3) Shunt System Maintenance
