1. Higher production yeild.
Advanced heating system. We adopt far infrared heating tube, packed by the stainless steel. It heat up fast, with
longer service life. The temperature in the furnace does not exceed 2. There is one layer heating tube installed for
every layer work platform, even put more group lamination together, each one can get equal heating, so that all the
laminated glass have good effect.
PLC system. All program could be completed automatically, working status are shown on touch screen. There are
5 segments, heating time /temperature /vacuum degree/vacuum keeping time could be adjusted according to the
glass thickness and type. Vacuum degree could be controlled, so that the glue flows evenly between the glasses,
there is no glue overflow edges, no deformation.Ensure the finished laminated glass has very good effect.
Vacuum system.The vacuum pump have air filter and oil filter, it can separate the water/ air and water/oil. It uses
VG100 oil, normally you just need to change it every 200 hours.Vacuum pump maintenance reminder function is set
on the touch screen, it will remind you to change the oil in time, the vacuum pump is timely maintenance. no need
special notes. It works durable
