Water System
Featuring a sophisticated design of 3 water boxes and a 4-unit circulating water system, it ensures the highest standard of glass surface cleanliness.

Air Road System
The air road system offers adjustable air knife-to-plane distance, accommodating changes in glass thickness with ease and precision.

Maintenance
Routine maintenance is pivotal. Continuous observation of all moving parts, water and air systems, and electrical components is vital. In emergencies, promptly halt operations to check bearings and ensure timely lubrication at all points.
(1) Bearing and Lubrication: Ensure thorough lubrication at all designated lubrication points for seamless machine operation.
(2) Maintenance of the Water System:
The water in the washing section is recycled and must be changed daily to maintain optimal cleanliness and efficiency.
Clean the water box and filtration device monthly to ensure system integrity. Use the observation hole on the washing section cover to monitor water spray conditions.
(3) Maintenance of the Shunt System
Regularly inspect blower function. In case of unusual noises, halt operations immediately and inform the maintenance department for a thorough check-up. Ensure the air inlet filter grid is cleaned monthly. Maintain a dust-free blower room to prevent contamination of the air passage and subsequent glass pollution.
Adjust the air knife-to-plane distance as needed when varying glass thickness to maintain air flow efficiency and precision.
The distance between the air knives and the plane can be adjusted as glass thickness varies, ensuring consistent operation and impeccable results.
