Water System

The air knives' adjustable distance from the glass plane allows for precise adaptation to varying glass thicknesses, ensuring optimal performance.

Maintenance
Routine maintenance is vital for optimal machine performance. Regularly monitor moving parts, water system, air system, and electrical system. In emergencies, promptly check and lubricate all points to ensure smooth operation.
(1) Bearing and lubrication: Ensure all lubrication points receive timely attention to maintain seamless performance.
(2) Maintenance of the water system:
The water in the washing section recirculates and must be replaced daily to maintain pristine conditions.
Monthly cleaning of the water box and filtration device is crucial. Utilize the observation hole on the washing section cover to inspect water spray efficacy.
(3) Maintenance of the air shunt system:
Regularly verify blower operation. Halt immediately upon detecting unusual sounds and inform the maintenance department for machine inspection.
Ensure the air inlet filter grid is cleaned monthly, maintaining a dust-free blower room to prevent contamination during air passage and glass processing.
The distance between the air knives and plane can be adjusted for precise treatment when glass thickness changes.
