Water System

Maintenance
Routine maintenance is crucial for optimal performance. Regularly inspect all moving parts, water, air, and electrical systems. In case of any irregularities, promptly halt operations to check bearings and ensure all lubrication points are adequately serviced.
(1) Bearings and Lubrication: Ensure each lubrication point is properly serviced to maintain seamless operations.
(2) Water System Maintenance:
Water in the washing section circulates continuously. Daily water changes are essential to maintain optimal cleanliness.
Monthly cleaning of the water box and filtration device is recommended. Utilize the observation hole on the washing section cover to monitor water spray conditions.
(3) Shunt System Maintenance
Conduct regular checks on the blower's operation. If unusual sounds are detected, immediately inform the maintenance department for a thorough inspection. Ensure the maintenance department is notified promptly for comprehensive machine checks.
Clean the air inlet filter grid monthly to maintain a dust-free blower room, thus preventing glass contamination through the air passage.
The adjustable air knives allow you to recalibrate the distance as glass thickness varies, ensuring a perfectly tailored fit every time.
