AGM  Automatic Glass Processing Machinery is a numerical system controlled horizontal working center with three linear motion axes X, Y, and Z, and two rotation axes A and C, which can realize multi-axis linkage. This machine is designed for drilling, milling, grinding, polishing, and beveling at any angle on a regular or irregular glass sheet with a thickness of 4-25. Different  tools can be chosen for special processing. It can perform the most complex and diverse machining operations.

All work can be processed automatically and the complicated jobs can be performed in quick speed and high efficiency. It uses a high-end CNC system to precisely control each servo axis. With the automatic tool compensation function, it can automatically compensate the tool at all times during the machining  process. graphics recognition and automatically generates optimized tool paths. It greatly reduces the heavy processing operations, making it so easy to operate.

The main applications of the horizontal five-axis working center are: processing of special-shaped glass such

as circles, ovals, polygons, etc. It can also grind and polish bevel edges at any angle. The beveled edges of stone

slabs and ceramic basins can also be processed. (optional)
